Chef Jacquy Pfeiffer: The Art of French Pastry

Celebrated pastry chef Jacquy Pfeiffer was a special guest of the college's Baking and Pastry Arts students, faculty and staff. He led a demonstration and tasting, and signed copies of his new book at the Downtown Milwaukee Campus. Chef Pfeiffer is one of the founders of the French Pastry School and is its Academic Dean for Student Affairs.
