Former Green Bay Packer LeRoy Butler was the featured speaker at Milwaukee Area Technical College's Soul Food Celebration Luncheon at the Downtown Milwaukee Campus. MATC's Office of Student Life, Black Student Union and Black History Month Committee sponsored the event.
