Photovoltaic Educational Laboratory Groundbreaking

Officials from Milwaukee Area Technical College and Johnson Controls celebrated the groundbreaking of the Photovoltaic Educational Laboratory, a 32-acre site that is home to the state's largest solar lab and the first entirely portable photovoltaic facility.
