MATC Day: Engaged and Empowered Employees

During MATC Day at the Downtown Milwaukee Campus, the morning and repeat sessions featured Viterbo University associate professor Tom Thibodeau's talk about servant leadership; presentations introducing the employee handbook; and small-group discussions related to improving teamwork, communication and accountability. In the afternoon, employees were invited to round-table discussions about college organizations and services, followed by the team-building activity that required groups to decipher clues and visit different areas of the campus.
