Compete Milwaukee held information sessions at the MATC Education Center at Walker's Square for its program that provides transitional job placements in city departments. Speakers included Mayor Tom Barrett, Milwaukee alderman José Pérez, MATC Provost Mohammad Dakwar and Jamie Elder of Wisconsin Department of Children and Families.
