Secretary Bicha Visits West Allis Campus Child Care Center

Wisconsin Department of Children and Families Secretary Reggie Bicha visited MATC's West Allis Campus Child Care Center recently to announce YoungStar, a quality rating and improvement system for child care in the state. After his announcement, Secretary Bicha visited with children in the MATC facility.
