Hottest Kitchen Entrepreneur Challenge

Milwaukee Area Technical College hosted the 2016 Hottest Kitchen Entrepreneur Challenge in the 6th Street Cafe at the Downtown Milwaukee campus. The event, sponsored by MATC, Reliable Water Services and FaB Wisconsin, provides seed money and other benefits to the best entrepreneurial plan in the field of food and beverages. The contest has two categories: a start-up category for new business ideas, and an early-stage category for ideas that have launched but need help to reach the next level. Amber Frymark won the start-up category for her Zwitchel Craft Cocktail Syrup, a gourmet cocktail additive. Linnea Harrington won in the early-stage category for her Linnea’s Pops & Lickers, an array of handcrafted and spirited frozen treats.
