Gingerbread Parade of Houses

Gingerbread houses created by MATC students in the Baking and Pastry Arts associate degree program and the Baking Production technical diploma program were on display December 4-15 at the Milwaukee Public Market. A silent auction of the houses raised funds for baking student scholarships through the MATC Foundation, and the public was invited to vote for the People's Choice award winner.
