Pastry Chef Shirley Corriher Visits MATC

Shirley Corriher, famed pastry chef and cook, met with more than 40 MATC Baking Production and Culinary Arts students in the college's baking lab. Corriher spoke and demonstrated while sharing tips based on her background in the chemistry of cooking/baking. Corriher, a frequent guest on the Food Network, was in Milwaukee to promote her new James Beard award-winning cookbook, BakeWise: The Hows and Whys of Successful Baking.
