Higher Ed, Lower Debt

State lawmakers and college students held an information session and rally at MATC's Downtown Milwaukee Campus for the proposed, Higher Ed, Lower Debt Act. The bill would create a Student Loan Refinancing Authority, allowing student loan borrowers to refinance at lower interest rates.
