Job Fair and Careers in Energy

More than 70 employers met potential candidates at the public job fair held on MATC's Oak Creek Campus. Before the event, Dr. Mark Felsheim, MATC vice president, and Steve Scaffidi, mayor of the City of Oak Creek, were among the speakers at the employer breakfast. To coincide with Careers in Energy Week, We Energies displayed a utility vehicle and highlighted energy-related career opportunities. The job fair was co-sponsored by MATC, the Milwaukee Area Workforce Investment Board, the City of Oak Creek, the South Suburban Chamber of Commerce, MetroGo and the Milwaukee County Transit System.
