Wine and Dine Wisconsin

Almost 7,000 people attended the first-ever Wine and Dine Wisconsin, providing an enthusiastic audience for MATC exhibitors. Among those featured were Tom Surwillo, Culinary Arts instructor, who offered up pumpkin ravioli with brown sage butter; and Debra Socha, Baking and Pastry Arts instructor, who demonstrated gingerbread house construction.
