Alessandro Renda: Refugee Crisis in Europe

Alessandro Renda, an actor from Italy and a witness to the current refugee situation in Europe, was the featured speaker at an event held on the Downtown Milwaukee Campus to discuss the crisis. Renda was in Milwaukee to perform in Theatre Gigante's "Noise in the Waters," a play about refugees in the Mediterranean region. Faculty, staff and students attended the session, which was planned by MATC's School of Liberal Arts and Sciences and American Federation of Teachers Local 212.
