MATC Culinary Arts Skills Lab: Open House and Ribbon-Cutting

MATC formally opened the Culinary Arts Skills Lab and the International Foods Lab on the Downtown Milwaukee Campus. The new labs will help meet the increasing labor demands of the local restaurant/hospitality industry. The event's featured speakers were Edward Lump, President and CEO of the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, and Dr. Michael L. Burke, MATC President.
