Culinary Summer Camp
June 24-26, 2014
High school students actively participated in MATC's Culinary Summer Camp, held in the labs and kitchens of the college's Culinary Arts associate degree program. The students learned industry basics and were able to create specialty foods during the one-week camp, which is a collaborative effort of the Wisconsin Restaurant Association and MATC. Students earned one college credit upon successful completion.
