South African Consul General Visits MATC

MATC welcomed South African Counsel General in Chicago Vuyiswa Tulelo [Voo-yee-swah Too-leh-low] to the Downtown Milwaukee Campus. Counsel General Tulelo is the fomer leader of the African National Congress Youth League. Her visit was in advance of the 19th anniversary of Freedom Day, which is celebrated April 27 and marks the first post-apartheid elections in South Africa.
