Grassroots Series: Violence—A Panel Discussion

The panel discussion at the Downtown Milwaukee Campus included James Causey, editorial writer and columnist for The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel; Robert Shelledy, coordinator of Social Justice Ministry for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee; Audrey Skwierawski, coordinator of the Milwaukee Commission on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault; and Olusegun Sijuwade, a former police officer who is now a counselor at the Alma Center. Mitch Teich, executive producer and host of the “Lake Effect” show on WUWM radio, was the moderator. The presentation was sponsored by MATC’s Liberal Arts and Sciences Division and the Grassroots Committee.
